The kids knocked cancer out of the park

They call it the beautiful game for a reason. 241 goals scored, over 250 donations, $18,000 raised (and still rising) and one very special community. It’s hard to quantify the love that was poured into Goals for Levi by the Cronulla Seagulls Football Club, but it filled every pitch. From the U6s through to the U16s and even the All Age As, the wind kissed the feet of many a player last Saturday, and every pledge sent a silent prayer to kids going through brain cancer.

Our immeasurable gratitude to the army of little people for the heart and soul they poured into each goal, and for the big people who sponsored them. Kids helping kids is enormously empowering.

We want you to know that all the money you raised you raised will go to DIPG research, and this year we are funding four clinical trials for kids with DIPG. Stay tuned to see how your contribution will make a difference in the lives of kids who desperately need it.

Special thanks to the Cronulla Seagulls Committee, and especially the tirelessly dedicated Jonathan O'Hara, for your wholehearted and continued support. You are trying to build something beautiful with the club and it shows.

Special mention to Hornsby Heights Football Club, who also got on board for Goals for Levi, and whose members raised over $5000 for DIPG. Extra, extra special mention to Levi’s cousins, Sloane & Harvey, who raised a combined $3425.00

Shout out to our highest Seagulls fundraisers. We are so proud of what you achieved:
